This course is the perfect starting point for team members new to Synergetic or those wanting a refresher with added hints and tips

Learn how to use MS Query as a tool to extract data from Synergetic in multiple forms.

This course looks at the major differences between using enquiries and future students including how to create, process and search for both new and existing enquiry / or future student records and overall learn how to track this information within your school.

This course provides an overview of the student's journey through the school (starting with the enquiry process through to enrolments, current students and past students)

This course introduces participants to the Human Resources Module and Staff Kiosk, it is best suited to users who are new to Synergetic or those who would like a refresher on best-practice using the software.

The Co-curriculum module allows schools to manage co-curricular activities and programs such as Sports, Music, Performing Arts/Drama or Cadets and the functionality to schedule staff, mark attendance and charge for these activities.

The Synergetic community contains core details for all entities involved with the school this course focuses on maintaining this data

Synergetic provides an interface for teachers to mark class rolls which links with the areas of attendances and absences, minimising data entry, facilitating communication and allowing the Attendance Officer to view, report and resolve these events through the absences system

Action Centre notifications let the user know something has happened or is about to happen (Alert or Message) as well as informing users an action needs to take place (Task)

Synergetic provides for the recording of student and staff medical details and allows different users to have variable levels of access to this information. Synergetic also has the facility to record medical incidents (e.g. sick bay visits) including admission and discharge times and integrates this information into timetables and attendance/absence functions.
