Participants will deepen their understanding of how to manipulate and present data effectively, using enhanced tools and features within Crystal Reports. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, you will develop the skills needed to produce dynamic, flexible, and highly tailored reports within Synergetic.

- Advanced formulas
- If-then-else logic in formulas
- Declaring and using variables
- Using parameters
- Working with sub-reports
- Passing parameters to sub-reports
- Using cross-tab objects
- Creating charts
Requirements
To enhance your learning experience, we encourage you to have your camera turned on during training sessions. Active participation helps foster collaboration and engagement.
Target Audience
This course is designed for school staff who are responsible for reporting within Synergetic and want to advance their report-writing capabilities. It is best suited to participants with a technical background and prior experience using Synergetic (typically 6–12 months). Attendees must have completed the Crystal Reports Day 1 course (or have equivalent knowledge) to ensure they are prepared for the advanced concepts covered in this session.
