This course provides a comprehensive overview of how to manage the enrolment process within Synergetic, from initial enquiry through to future student progression.
Participants will learn how to capture and maintain prospective student information, manage applications and enrolment deposits, and effectively track each stage of the enrolment lifecycle. The course also covers how to support decision-making through student status management, prioritisation, and communication workflows.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Process and maintain enrolment enquiries
- Process applications and maintain future student records
- Manage enrolment deposits
- Maintain and update student statuses
- Track and manage activities related to the enrolment process
- Configure enrolment priorities and ranking
- Transition future students to current students
- Create communications (email and postal)
