In this course, you will learn how to organise and manage a range of communication outputs in Synergetic, including newsletters, magazines, invitations, and information sessions. You will also explore the processes for planning and administering events such as reunions, dinners, and conferences.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Create and maintain communication records within Synergetic
- Apply communication types and notification methods effectively
- Create and manage events from setup through to completion
- Record and maintain attendee and guest details using relevant tabs
