SEQTA: Advanced Pastoral Care/Wellbeing (QPC201)
This training course is intended to provide in-depth knowledge, and develop the applicable skills for the utilisation, of the aspects of the SEQTA Suite used for managing Pastoral care and other student-welfare related processes within a school.
Description
During this session, participants will develop an in-depth understanding of the pastoral care process, traits, counter bullying , student plans, student goals, the health centre and correspondence relating to pastoral care.
- Setup the system management for pastoral care
- Implement and manage the pastoral care process
- Implement student plans
- Implement and manage student goals
- Manage the Health Centre component
- Integrate correspondence and communication
- Manage student behaviour and detention process
Target Audience
K-12 Teachers, Pastoral Care Officers, Chaplains, School Psychologists, Heads of Year, Principals and Deputy Principals
Prerequisites
It is recommended that all registered attendees have completed QPC101
