This hands-on session will cover the basics of Synergetic, things all users need to be familiar with, no matter which modules they usually work in. Features covered are common across all Synergetic modules.

New users or users wanting a refresher with added hints and tips

• Navigate confidently around Synergetic.
• Have a greater understanding of the Synergetic community and how constituencies are used.
• Personalise the size and layout of Synergetic windows and programs.
• Search for community members successfully.
• Search, preview and print Crystal Reports successfully.
• Export data from a Crystal Report into a document or spreadsheet.
• Customise and personalise the tab layout.
• Create, maintain and save/store tag lists.
• Use Synergetic grid functions:
• to copy grid contents to Excel
• to tag records in a grid
• email or SMS records in a grid

To get the most out of your Training, it is highly encouraged that you turn on your camera. There is no single thing that will make as big a difference in the quality of your collaboration than turning your cameras on.
